Uber has decided to expand itself and build new headquarter.

Uber has decided to expand and soon build its new headquarters in San Francisco’s Mission Bay, as reported by Uber news. The premises of the new office would be spacious enough for 3000 workers. The management of the company has proclaimed that the new two-building complex would cover an area of 423,000 square feet.

Uber news today informed that the company is recruiting small businesses for establishing its project. The services of an interior designer studio and shop architects have been employed for developing the campus’s heart. Steel bridges and angling glass have been used to build the most important part of the headquarters.

Market sources have informed that the building features an inside out design. The head of workplace operations, Adony Beniares, has stated that the design advocates the company’s transparency policy, which permits everyone to talk with anybody regardless of his or her organizational position.

Currently, the organization is leasing two different areas. One of them is located at 1455 Market St., while the other is located at 685 Market St. It is also building a campus at 555 Market St. Uber technologies affirmed that workers from all three areas would finally move to the under-construction building. It is expected that the project would be completed till 2018.

Company sources revealed that a number of factors have played an important role in attracting the company itself, such as nearness to public transit, new housing parks, walking trails, waterfront location, and necessities, such as AT&T Park. Experts stated that the new area would contribute to the growth of the business, as its accessibility would ease the difficulties of workers. The driving partners of the firm will not benefit from the new premises, as it will not facilitate them due to their listing at partner support centers.

The office would be constructed on a part of 14-acre land that Salesforce purchased from Alexandria Real Estate Equities. The cloud-computing firm had previously intended to build its headquarters there, but finally decided to grow in the financial district of San Francisco.

Salesforce ultimately divided the land into three parts and sold one of them to the high-tech cab service. Industry sources stated that the workplaces would be organized in a series. Experts believe that the new project would contribute to improve the image of the company as well. It should now develop strategies to speed up the construction process; otherwise, it might lag and not be able to complete it in the coming years.
