Tesla Motors would be troubled by Apple's new product coming in the market.

Tesla Motors is about to be challenged by a new entrant. It is getting ready to introduce a powered automobile in 2019 and it is recruiting 1200 more workers, as reported by Wall Street Journal. Ultimately, after considering the option of releasing its own branded vehicle, the California-based enterprise has been signaled to go ahead. A previous report revealed that a new iCar is about to be launched in 2020, but it is supposed to be offered even earlier.

Tesla news today exclaimed that news was recently broken about the corporate giant has just taken an initiative to launch a “committed project,” sources aware of the matter told WSJ. Its ruthless shift from the consumer electronics sector to the automotive industry has taken place on the heels of a conference with the officials at California’s Department of Motor vehicles.

On August 17, Apple’s senior legal executive had a 1-hour long meeting with Golden state automatic car professional and DMV’s chief of strategic planning, as revealed by Guardian. The 60-minutes long meeting played a role in fuelling up gossips that Apple has been attracted towards the powered vehicle industry, as done by Steve Wozniak, Elon Musk, and many others found in and outside the Silicon Valley.

Tesla Motors news revealed that Mr. Musk had recently spoken to Bloomberg Businessweek that Apple was trying to poach his workers by offering them a 60% salary increment and $250,000 signing bonuses. He stated, “Apple tries very hard to recruit from Tesla. But so far they’ve actually very few people.”

Whether recruiting from Tesla or not, Apple has supposedly tripled its existing 600 person crew for the vehicle product package that has been codenamed “Project Titan”. Apple The iPhone maker disappointed all those who believe that it would enter the market with a self-driving automobile.

Sources aware of the venture have disclosed that Apple is not interested in introducing a fully automatic vehicle, despite supposedly recruiting an unknown number of driverless automotive experts. Nevertheless, if person close to the project proves correct, a self-driving product could probably be availed in the long-term.

Tesla news affirmed that simultaneously, the South African born entrepreneur’s organization is working to launch an autopilot semi-driverless software feature for the Model S. Industrial analysts believe that the high-tech company has the potential to adversely affect the market share and sales revenue of Tesla Motors.

Tesla should formulate market penetration strategies for the upcoming product to lure its customers; otherwise, it might fail to retain its position in the automotive market, which is lucrative enough to attract different companies. The competition in automobile sector is fierce and cutthroat. Any lag in strategies might result in failure and loss of market share overall.
